ENGAGE Games
We play ENGAGE games at school - games that help with self-regulation. Self-regulation describes a set of internal skills that control thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Self-regulation skills are most-commonly utilised when we are presented with challenging, stressful or emotionally challenging situations. These activities can be played as many times as you wish. It is recommended students play these games for a total of 30 minutes a day - all at once or spaced throughout the day.
